Refund and Returns Policy - Luxury Light Supply

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including custom or made-to-order fixtures, clearance/final-sale items, and any product that has been installed or wired.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received the item and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account, since processing can take a few business days after we issue it. If it’s been longer than that, contact us at support@luxurylightsupply.com and we’ll look into it.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Email support@luxurylightsupply.com and we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

Shipping Returns

Contact us at support@luxurylightsupply.com before sending a return, and we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged; for higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping method.
